On October 26, the Armenian Embassy in Canada sponsored the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund’s annual gala-banquet, which included a keynote speech by Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan. RA Ambassador to Canada Armen Yeganyan also gave a speech at the event, as reported by the Department of Media, Information and Public Relations of the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs to ArmenPress.

Ambassador Yeganyan congratulated the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund Toronto Chapter’s 22^nd anniversary, touched upon the Fund’s activities in Armenia and Artsakh and stressed the importance of engaging all Armenians in the socio-economic development of Artsakh.

Ambassador Yeganyan presented the steps that are being taken to help enhance Armenian-Canadian relations.

The more than 500,000 dollars raised during the event will go to the implementation of several important development programs in Artsakh.
