Afterwards, the Deputy Minister of Diaspora presented in detail the programs and activities of the ministry and suggested that the guests become actively involved in the programs carried out by the Ministry of Diaspora.

The organization’s executive director Mohammedreza Damavandi said: “First, I congratulate the Armenian people on the 23rd anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Armenia. I was happy to be in Armenia on those days. Our goal is to collaborate with Armenia to present Armenian culture to the world. The mass media needs to present as much information about Armenia as possible. Let’s not forget that Iranians and Armenians have many things in common. We share the culture and visions for the future, and we need to develop and implement programs through joint discussions in order to turn those visions into reality.”

Mohammedreza Damavandi offered the RA Ministry of Diaspora to organize a Culture Week devoted to the Armenians of Atrpatakan in Armenia and expressed gratitude for the cordial reception and the offer for cooperation.
