Lebanese-Armenian coach Vicken Eskedjian becomes coach of Armenian U20 national men’s basketball team

Vicken Eskedjian has been appointed chief coach of the Armenian U20 national men’s basketball team, reported the press secretariat of the Armenian Basketball Federation, according to Hayern Aysor.
Vicken Eskedjian was born on July 12, 1972 in Lebanon. He has coached several Lebanese basketball teams, including Antranig, Sages, Homenetmen, Gazir and more.
The Armenian U20 national men’s basketball team will be participating in the B Division of the 2017 European Basketball Championship.
The Armenian team is included in Group A and will be competing with the teams of Malta, Belgium, Finland, Poland and Belarus at the championship to be held in July.
