Martakert celebrated Tyarndarach holiday after having experienced four-day war in April 2016

On February 13, the Tyarndarach holiday was celebrated during a ceremony held in the yard of the St. Karapet Armenian Church in Martakert. During the ceremony, the Church’s priest, Fr. Barsegh Andryan gave his blessing and talked about the symbol and significance of the holiday. Afterwards, the symbolic bonfire was lit.

As reported Jraberd official newspaper of Martakert, among the participants of the ceremony were Head of the Department of Culture and Youth Affairs of the Staff of the regime Mher Andryan and the Department’s employees, as well as young people and believers.
