On August 25 at 9:30, the Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia and Yerevan State University will launch the international conference on “The Armenian World on the Internet” at Yerevan State University (Address: sessions hall of the Academic Council of Yerevan State University, YSU Main Building, 5^th floor).

Minister of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia Hranush Hakobyan, Rector of Yerevan State University Aram Simonyan, academician-secretary of the Armenian Studies and Social Sciences Unit of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia Yuri Suvaryan and Executive Director of Synopsys Armenia Hovik Musayelyan will give their welcome speeches.

The conference will include speeches by scholars and field-related experts from Armenia and the Diaspora.

Discussions will be held after the panel sessions with the titles “The Armenian World on the Scientific and Educational Platform of the Internet” and “Challenges of Information Security on the Internet”.

The conference will continue with a panel session entitled “The Diaspora on the Internet Platform” on August 26.
