Earlier, we had informed that President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan had on 15 August approved the Concept Paper on Constitutional Reforms and had assigned a professional commission for constitutional reforms to develop the draft of constitutional reforms and submit it in the prescribed time limit.
