On September 28, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received Chairperson of the Armenian Genocide Centennial Lebanon Regional Committee Seta Khdshian and Vice-Chairperson Shahan Kantaharian.

The minister congratulated Mrs. Khdshian for being granted the Medal of Gratitude by the President of the Republic of Armenia for her notable contributions to the proper organizing and conduct of the events dedicated to the 100^th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide and emphasized that she fully deserved that high award.

Expressing gratitude to the minister, Mrs. Khdshian mentioned that receiving such a high award is an honor for not only her, but also all those who have in some way helped organize the events dedicated to the 100^th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide and underscored the role that the Ministry of Diaspora played in organizing the events.

The sides stressed the need to make the future activities more coordinated and more goal-oriented.
