Orange Armenia has formally handed over 100 percent of its shares to Ucom. The decision was approved during the Thursday meeting of the Public Services Regulatory Commission, News.am reports.

On July 22 Orange company announced being in talks with Ucom company on selling the shares of its mobile subsidiary Orange Armenia. The company explained its decision by lack of perspective.
