The Guardian predicts Genealogy group’s victory at 2015 Eurovision Song Contest

The Guardian has tried to predict its winner at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest.

According to “Armenpress”, this year’s winner will be Armenia’s Genealogy group with its song “Face the Shadow”. According to the newspaper, Armenia will be followed by Serbia, Sweden, Azerbaijan, Greece, Russia, Hungary, Belgium, Georgia and Norway. The countries in the last five spots will be France, Slovenia, Estonia, Cyprus and Germany. The newspaper warns that its table isn’t based on the quality of songs, but the average number of votes that each country has earned over the past 12 years. The 2015 Eurovision Song Contest is being held in Vienna with the slogan “Building Bridges”.

The slogan for this year symbolizes Europe, which consolidates everyone. The organizers say Eurovision helps consolidate cultures and languages and builds bridges. The Grand Final will be held on May 23 with performances by the representatives of the “Top Five”, including Great Britain, Germany, Spain, Italy and France. Austria will also perform as the winner of the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest. There are 40 countries participating in the 60th annual Eurovision Song Contest.
