According to President of the Artsakh Republic, the Armenian Heritage Center in Valance is one of the major cultural centers of the Armenian Diaspora where there are high-profile presentations of the histories of the Armenian people and the French-Armenian community.
As the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President reports, Bako Sahakyan appreciated the Center’s efforts from the perspective of preservation of the Armenian identity, proper presentation of the historical and cultural heritage of the Armenian people and the strengthening of French-Armenian relations.
