Tatev Armenian School hosts trivia held as part of RA Ministry of Diaspora’s Our Greats Program

On March 20, Tatev Armenian School hosted a trivia for the 7th-9th graders that was part of the Our Greats Program of the Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia. As reported the School to Hayern Aysor, the trivia was held in three stages. Everyone was in an Armenian environment. There were various interesting questions that showed the learners’ knowledge about great Armenians. The special focus was on the major hearth for preservation of the Armenian identity, that is, the Mekhitarist Congregation in Venice. The learners also presented the theme-based poster they had made.

The learners heard a part of the opera “Arshak II” by founder of Armenian national opera Tigran Chukhajyan and viewed paintings by marine artist Hovhannes Aivazovsky.

The audience was impressed, the learners’ answers were exhaustive, and the knowledge was fundamental.
