Benefactor Hrachya Poghosyan hands keys to new apartment over to family of deceased Artsakh war hero

As reported Hayern Aysor, on June 10, with the support of the RA Ministry of Diaspora and upon the proposal of the governor’s office of Shirak Province, public figure and benefactor Hrachya Poghosyan handed the keys to a new apartment over to the family of Victor Yuzikhovich, who was killed during the defense battles that took place in the Talish village of the Artsakh Republic on April 2, 2016.
