No Armenians among victims of Moscow tornado

There are no Armenians among the victims of the tornado in Moscow. This is what Spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Tigran Balayan told PanARMENIAN.Net, adding that the information is still being specified.
“At this moment, there is no information about Armenians among the victims and the wounded,” Balayan noted.
According to official representative of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Svetlana Petrenko, on the morning of 30 May, the tornado in Moscow and the Moscow Oblast left 150 wounded and 16 dead, 11 of which in Moscow, writes Meduza.
The May 29 tornado in Moscow came with thunder and a downpour. The wind ripped one of the bus stops, damaged traffic lights and billboards and extirpated dozens of thick trees that fell on cars and people. Overall, the local Ministry of Emergency Situations received more than 450 calls about accidents. The airports in Moscow also stopped operating. More than 30 flights were postponed, and 13 were cancelled.
