РусскийSerj Tankian to create soundtrack to Russian fantasy film
Lead singer of System of a Down Serj Tankian will create the soundtrack to the film “Legend of Kolovrat”.
“Tankian had wanted to create the soundtrack for the epic film for a long time, and this will be his first attempt to collaborate during production of the Russian film,” the statement of the Central Partnership (creator of the film) reads, Interfax cites.
Tankian declared that he had been dreaming of a project that would unify a large orchestra and the shades of rock and ethnic music for several years and that his dream has come true.
