According to Davit Babayan, Turkey is also calling on Azerbaijan to take such steps.

Davit Babayan emphasized that the Armenian party is doing everything it can to suppress the aggressor. Such terrorist acts can’t change the military and political balance in the region, and the Defense Army of Artsakh continues to take the initiative in terms of strategy.
