Uruguayan-Armenian teens join “What are YOU doing for Karabakh?” pan-Armenian movement

Students of Yervand Gisajkian Daily Armenian School of Montevideo have joined the “What are YOU doing for Karabakh?” pan-Armenian movement.
The Yervand Gisajkian Daily Armenian School of the Nersesian Educational Institution was founded in 1972 in Montevideo and is under the auspices of the Central Board (it was formerly called the Nersesian School founded in 1959-60).
The School has a kindergarten and pre-school. Students are enrolled starting from the age of 3. The School offers Armenian language, literature, religion and history lessons and organizes Armenian cultural events, performances and teaches Armenian songs. The school has 79 students and 21 teachers.
