Hagop Antaramian: “For me, the important thing is to raise the quality of healthcare in Armenia and help the country”

On October 4, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received Armenian American doctor Hagop Antaramian, who is in Armenia to carry out a health charity act through the Healthy Armenia Program of the RA Ministry of Diaspora. Hagop Antaramian has his own medical clinic in Fresno, is a family doctor, a special consultant for diabetes and cholesterol treatment and is ready to share his knowledge and experience for the Homeland and for the health of Armenians.

Greeting the guest, the Minister of Diaspora attached importance to Armenian doctors’ pro-national initiative to carry out health charities and provide medical consulting in Armenia. Hranush Hakobyan stated that the Armenians of the Diaspora need to not only keep the honor of the Homeland and Armenians high, but also contribute to the reinforcement and development of Armenia the Homeland.

The Armenian American doctor expressed gratitude for the cordial reception, shared his impressions of Armenia and talked about his plans. He stated that Armenian doctors are great professionals and emphasized the following: “If Armenian doctors unite and work together, they will achieve greater heights. For me, the important thing is to raise the quality of healthcare in Armenia and help the country.”
