In response to Panorama.am news agency’s question on whether it was true that the Government of the Republic of Armenia is planning to approve the draft law on recognition of the Nagorno-Karabakh during the upcoming session, RA Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Shavarsh Kocharyan said the following: “No, it is not true. The agenda of the Government includes the approval of the Government’s opinion on recognition, not the draft law. According to that opinion, recognition depends on further development of the situation. If Azerbaijan unleashes new military aggression, recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh will be included in the agenda.
