On April 24th, the Turks and Azerbaijanis of New York are preparing to hold a demonstration in front of the Headquarters of the United Nations.
According to Turkishny.com, the demonstration organized by the Turkish Solidarity Platform of New York is one of the steps in response to the protests and demonstrations that Armenians have been holding in many countries, particularly in the USA.
As reported ermenihaber.am, Turkishny.com states that the Armenians are trying to force the governments of countries to acknowledge the genocide with their protests and demonstrations on April 24th and the days following that. According to the source, the goal of the Turks’ demonstration is to prevent the ��?false information’ that the Armenians are disseminating about the genocide.
It is reported that the demonstration will be held on April 24th (12:00-14:00) at Dag Hammarskjold Park, which is located in front of the Headquarters of the United Nations.
