Gifts from the Armenian students and youth of Tujunga to heroic Armenian soldiers

Pastor of the city of Tujunga (USA), Father Priest Avetis Abovyan is in Armenia to transfer the gifts made by the students of Yervand Babayan Armenian Saturday School of Tujunga and the youth of the Armenian community and express the solidarity of all the Armenians of Tujunga.

“I visited Artsakh and transmitted 100 pairs of rubber military shoes and solar lanterns to our heroic soldiers. The army commanders and I agreed that such transfers would be ongoing. During the discussion, we specified what the soldiers needed so that the assistance could be goal-oriented,” Father Avetis said in an interview with Hayern Aysor, adding that the students and the youth of the community were heartfelt, willing and very excited to join the efforts to support the soldiers.

During the interview, we also learned that the community had sent two trucks containing warm clothes to the soldiers.

“I assure you that the Armenian community will continue to make contributions to make sure the Homeland is strong and the borders are protected.

I call on all Armenians to keep aspiring to protect the Homeland and be as devoted to the nation as they are now. I want us to always be united and grow,” Father Priest Avetis Abovyan concluded.
