On May 27, the Reception House of the Government of the Republic of Armenia hosted the 25^th joint session of the Board of Trustees and affiliates of Hayastan All-Armenian Fund moderated by Chairman of the Board of Trustees, President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, as reported the press service of the RA President to Hayern Aysor.

Before moving onto the agenda, the participants of the session respected the memory of former member of the Board of Trustees, the late Nerses Bedros XIX Catholicos Patriarch of Cilicia of Armenian Catholics with a moment of silence.

During the session, Executive Director of Hayastan All-Armenian Fund Ara Vardanyan presented the report of the Executive Board of Hayastan All-Armenian Fund on the activities carried out in 2015, after which the participants of the session watched a video showing the activities that were carried out last year. The Board acknowledged the report, accepting the report of the Audit Committee as a notice. The Audit Committee’s report was presented by member of the Audit Committee Ara Aslan and representative of Grant Thornton audit organization Emil Vasilyan.

President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan spoke about the target of Hayastan All-Armenian Fund’s Telethon-2016. Afterwards, the members of the Board of Trustees and representatives of the affiliates exchanged views and shared their thoughts and suggestions that will be recapped by the Executive Board. The Board unanimously approved the report on the target of Telethon-2016.
